Debt schedule

A debt schedule lists every business loan with key terms like balance, interest rate, and maturity date.

It has one row for each loan or debt. The columns show the lender name, current balance, interest rate, payment amount, maturity date, and collateral. It covers term loans, lines of credit, equipment and vehicle loans, and loans from owners. The balances should agree with the loan balances on your balance sheet.

Lenders often ask for this schedule when you apply for new financing. They use it to see total payments and upcoming maturities. The data also feeds into the debt service coverage ratio calculation.
