If your QuickBooks needs work before we can diagnose cleanly, that's a separate, fixed-fee engagement I'll quote up front — no surprises, no open-ended hourly billing.

Why does it start with a diagnostic?
Because I won't quote ongoing work for a business I haven't looked at. The diagnostic gives us both an honest, evidence-based picture — then we scope what's actually right for you, if anything.
Is the diagnostic fee credited if I continue?
Yes. If you start an ongoing retainer within 30 days of your readout, the full diagnostic fee is credited toward your first month.
What does ongoing support cost?
It depends on what you need — we scope it together after the diagnostic, month-to-month, with no long contract. You'll never pay for a package you don't use.
Do you file taxes or give tax advice?
I don't file your taxes. Gevity is CPA-led — a licensed CPA reviews every deliverable — and I coordinate tax filing and legal structuring with your licensed professionals.
What if my books are a mess?
That's common, and it's exactly when this is most useful. If cleanup is needed first, I'll flag it before we start and quote it as a separate fixed fee.
